Payment/Shipping Policy

For any, and all Dawn of Ashes Official Merchandise the payment will always be expected to be paid in full prior to the item being shipped; absolutely no exceptions. All profit made via purchases of DOA Merchandise will directly fund the band itself. Dawn of Ashes would like their fans to know that any profit generated from merchandise goes directly towards new merchandise, tour support, video productions, and towards production costs for future Dawn of Ashes' albums.

Cancellations can be made at any time prior to your order being marked "shipped". 
All Dawn of Ashes Merchandise will be shipped every Friday.

Shipment is also dependent on whether the item is in stock or not. Dawn of Ashes has all of their clothing items printed by an international vendor, so once an item runs out it does take time to receive that inventory again.

US Fans:
You will receive a tracking number for both our, and your protection - the shipping fees already reflect the cost of the tracking number. We always ship Priority which means you should expect to see your item 2-3 business days after receiving your tracking number.

International Fans:
You will receive the receipt code from the Customs Declaration. Average shipping times range from 6-10 business days after receiving your receipt code. We are not responsible for orders that may be lost in the mail, and will not ship under any other form of delivery other then "merchandise". We also will not forge the amount of the merchandise to help you avoid taxation. It is illegal to forge such documents in the United States, and we will not take this risk. If you would like to pay extra for International Tracking, we will gladly send you and invoice - however your item will not be shipped until the invoice is paid.

** The Dawn of Ashes Official Merch Store also reserves the right to extend Shipping times for the following circumstances; TOURING, EMERGENCY MEDICAL LEAVE, and FAMILY EMERGENCY.
