Refund/Exchange Policy

All worn Dawn of Ashes Merchandise is strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are only granted after the item has been shipped back to the Dawn of Ashes Official Merch Store in the condition that it was previously sent. We are not responsible for any shipping fees that you receive when you return your item back to us. We do strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number when shipping your item back to us, for if we do not receive the item and you do not have proof that it was sent then we will be unable to issue you a refund.

We also accept exchanges if you think you'd rather have a different item, or size. However, you will be expected to cover any difference in cost, and additional shipping fees. The Dawn of Ashes Official Merch Store is not responsible for any shipping fees that you receive while returning your item back to us. We do strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number when shipping your item back to us, for if we do not receive the item and you do not have proof that it was sent then we will be unable to exchange your item.

Cancellations can be made at any time prior to your order being marked "shipped".
